ubuntu 14.04 trusty, and debian 8 jessie removed. also changed the naming of packages. It should work now when ubuntu 18.04 bionic will be released

patched the makefile & changed the executable name to avoid confusions
changed also data path (install in /usr/share/borntro-by-insolitdust)
